How do your monthly design passes work?
You subscribe to a monthly plan and submit design requests as needed. We work through them one at a time (or based on your plan capacity), with quick turnaround times to keep things moving consistently.
What counts as a “design request”?
Anything from social media graphics, pitch decks, landing pages, UI updates, brand tweaks, or marketing assets. If it’s design-related, it’s fair game.
How fast is turnaround?
Most tasks are completed within 48–72 hours depending on complexity. Larger requests (like full pages or flows) may take a bit longer but are broken into manageable steps.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can submit?
No limit on total requests — you can queue as many as you like. We simply work through them one at a time (or according to your plan’s bandwidth).
Can I pause or cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can pause or cancel your subscription whenever you need.
What tools do you use?
We primarily work in Figma, Webflow and across the adobe suit but can adapt to your workflow if needed (Squarespace, Powerpoint, etc.).
