How fast is turnaround really?
Most requests are delivered in 48–72 hours (often faster for simple assets). Complex tasks like multi-slide pitch decks or illustrated social series may take a bit longer, but we’ll always give you a clear ETA upfront.
What happens if I have a very large project?
Large or multi-week projects (e.g., full brand identity overhaul, 50+ slide deck from scratch, or complete website redesign) are classified as Major Projects and quoted separately as fixed-price sprints. Your Essential Pass gives you first priority and a discounted rate on these.
Can I pause or cancel anytime?
Yes — month-to-month flexibility. Pause or cancel before your next billing cycle with no penalties. No long-term contracts.
What file formats do you deliver?
Everything you need: Figma source files (for editable designs), vector (SVG/EPS/AI), high-res PNG/JPG, PDF, and any other formats required (e.g., transparent backgrounds, social sizes).
