If you go under the equivalent hours one month, they don’t roll over — but most scaling teams use (and exceed) the capacity quickly.
How fast is the turnaround?
Most requests are delivered in 48–72 hours. UX wireframes, social assets, and brand tweaks are often faster. Larger tasks (e.g., multi-page website updates or full prototypes) may take a few extra days — we’ll always give you a clear ETA upfront.
What if I need more than 8 hours/week?
If your needs regularly exceed the included capacity, we’ll flag it early and offer a simple upgrade path (e.g., add extra hours at £80/hr or move to our Full-Stack Creative Team Pass for truly unlimited bandwidth).
What happens with large or complex projects?
Full-scale projects (e.g., complete new website build, major UX overhaul, 50+ slide pitch deck from scratch, or high-volume animation series) are classified as Major Projects and quoted separately as fixed-price sprints. Your Growth Pass gives you first dibs and priority scheduling.
Can I pause or cancel the pass?

Who owns the final work?
You own 100 % of everything we create for you. Full commercial rights transfer on delivery — no restrictions.
What file formats do you deliver?
Everything you need: Figma source files (fully editable), Webflow exports (if applicable), vector (SVG/EPS/AI), high-res PNG/JPG, PDF specs, Lottie JSON (for animations), and any other format required for your stack.
