The challenge

In November 2023, we kicked-off our partnership with the team at Bluelion. They are a Zurich-based startup hub dedicated to developing high-potential tech start-ups across Europe. 



Up to that point, their marketing content had been created on an ad hoc basis by various siloed team members, leading to a lack of consistency and strategic direction on their social media and other digital touch points. With their community and impact growing, the team recognised the need for a more cohesive and scalable approach to content and communication.

Discovery

To bring clarity and cohesion, we began by mapping out their diverse audience segments (including overlap vs. unique segments), aligning these with their overarching marketing goals and KPIs. 



From there, we developed a distinct tone of voice and strategic campaign messaging, anchored by structured content themes and pillars. The result was a scalable content framework designed to support consistent, on-brand storytelling across all incubation verticals.

Design

Beyond strategy, we extended our support into execution by designing a suite of custom-branded Canva templates for ease of use and long-term campaign flexibility. This empowered the Bluelion team to confidently roll out campaign material across all digital platforms while maintaining consistency in both tone of voice and visual identity.

Event Assets

In 2024, the Bluelion team brought us aboard once again to support their first time hosting the reputable annual Tech for Impact Awards, following their merge with SEIF.

We collaborated with the team to design the official printed brochure distributed at the event, showcasing the shortlisted startups and celebrating the award winners. The piece served both as a functional event guide and a lasting keepsake from a successful and inspiring evening.
