The Gig
- Position: Digital Product Owner
- Type: Full-time, Remote
- Location: Anywhere (South African Nationals Only)
What You'll Do
- Drive client intake and technical discovery for exciting new projects.
- Coordinate seamlessly with production teams to define project scope and specifications.
- Interpret business requirements and craft innovative solutions with a keen eye on cost/benefit analysis.
- Be the efficient liaison between clients, project managers, designers, and developers.
- Clearly articulate product features, functionality, and expected behaviors to all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients to shape user personas and journey mapping.
- Steer the product roadmap, including feature prioritization and release planning.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring tasks align with business goals.
- Oversee changes to scope and deliverables while maintaining product scope.
- Ensure the delivery of fully functional, top-notch products and features.
- Create clear briefs and tasks for the production team, communicating requirements effectively.
- Define acceptance criteria for completed work, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Foster a common understanding of requirements and solutions across teams.
What You Offer
